Foot massage can be done at home easily, just look on YouTube videos, but to have a therapist massage your feet takes it to a whole other level of relaxation. You can feel the stress and anxieties drain away, leaving you ready to take on the things that are challenging in your life’s pursuits.
So what are the benefits? As I have mentioned above, it’s of benefit to stress and anxiety felt within the body, releasing those lovely little endorphins that help us feel so good naturally without the use of medications. It helps with circulation keeping the muscle tissues healthy.
