Ayurvedic yoga massage

I have successfully completed my practitioner certification in Paris, with Ananta Sylvain Girard who is the director of AYM-ARYM institute.

So what is Ayurvedic yoga massage?

Ayurvedic massage is a systematic combination of bodywork that combines a deep tissue massage and using coordinated yoga stretching with breath work. The treatment is given on the floor/padded mat for free and flowing movement from the practitioner and client, using a holistic Ayurvedic system of medicine that originated in India thousands of years ago. Ayurvedic herbs and oils are used along with body stretching and of course massage to alleviate stress tension and has many other beneficial properties including, pain relief, muscle tension, body and psychological trauma.

After the treatment it’s possible that you may feel a chill or and increase in your body’s temperature which is a fundamental way in which toxins are released from your body. Ayurvedic yoga massage is extremely safe and can be received by anyone.
